The onshore construction element of the Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm development has begun with work underway at the Carnoustie Links Golf Course which will be undertaken by our Principal Contractor Nexans.
To ensure a safe environment for all, we are temporarily closing Core Path 170 as highlighted in red on the map below for approximately six months. To minimise the impact of this temporary closure there is a diversion route through the Golf Course and along Core Path 169 as shown in yellow/black on the map below:
We are committed to the safety of the public and our construction team and we apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
Notice boards and diversion signage will be in place at the locations shown along the route as detailed on the map above.
